I have so much to say about this law firm. First of all THANK YOU Scott Rubin! you believed in my case and you fought for me. After 1 year and 6 months fighting for my rights and being denied twice! I found this law firm and called in. Since day one the service was amazing, very caring and professional. Scott took my case about 6 months ago and he was very honest with me. He told me that because of my age(I’m 32 years old) it was hard, but that he would do everything possible, and he did! He asked for all my medical records, specialist, therapist and he did his job amazingly and beyond. He was in constant contact with me and getting every single information and proof to present the best case and a fair case. The day of my hearing Scott called me prior my hearing and he was amazing! He was very encouraging and very sensitive towards my situation. The hearing was a success because I was able to finally talk about my health and explain my day to day to the judge. After 1 month of my hearing Scott calls me to let me know we won the case! I can’t explain what I still feel. I am a mother of 2 little kids, with a history of steady job, good income and hard working mom. I got sick to the point I was days in bed in excruciating pains and with a constant fear of losing my family because I wasn’t functioning properly. Mentality I was affected and I’m still dealing with so many symptoms and appointments back to back. But I beyond grateful that Scott believed in me and gave his all.
