Bad! One of the ppl that makes the word lawyer seem like an insult

Basil came highly recommended. He was extremely understanding of the situation i was in and was immediately familiar with how to proceed. He walked me through the steps and gave me an honest time line of when things would be handled. He always returned phone calls promptly and when he was not available, his office staff handled my concerns. He even responded during non-business hours when it was needed.
