Love how professional and easy to work with Basil is! He's a great help!

Basil is a true savior. I hired him to represent me in a DUI case in 2013, which involved a very high BAC, damage to public property, and my totaled car. Basil is a transparent lawyer who does not sugar-coat; at my request he went over the best possible outcomes as well as the most extreme outcomes. Despite my unlikely acceptance into the ARD program, Basil worked his magic and got me in. Ideally I would like this to be the end of my story; however, I made the mistake of violating my ARD probation. Basil was immediately in contact with me on what our next steps would be. We are still in the midst of settling this, but my confidence in him securing the best possible deal has not waivered. Three years fighting the same case with me and Basil has not faltered on his reliability, tenacity or persistence. Basil has always been well organized and timely on communications. I have used this firm for many years... not just Ed Fabick but Stuart Schatz, Rick Schatz and Ed Monoghan and even sent many referrals throughout the years. Never had much to say good or bad about the firm. No one ever went above and beyond but they got the job done. Very disappointed that in the last few years Ed Fabick who became partner in that time I guess he got too big for his britches and certain clients and cases just were bothersome to him. Maybe someone should remind him that you don't forget your dedicated clients because no matter how small or bothersome the case may be the best business is by referral and word of mouth. You got where you are today because of your clients. Certainly isn't your personality.

Hired him for our case a couple years ago. Case didn't drag out and ended up with the results we wanted. I recommend.

Ed helped me on my child custody modification case. His service is outstanding. First, His legal writing is concise and very clear; Second, his consultations are right at the points. Before the hearing, he made suggestions for me to settle the case, although I didn't follow his advice, I am surprised that the final ruling by the Judge is in line with the settlement terms he suggested. I would have saved more money if I listened to him more. third, his cross exam skills in the court room is great. I am very impressed by his logic and presentation skills. His rate is not low, but his billing is very accurate and it is worth paying for. I high recommend Ed if you want a child custody arrangement in the best interest of your child and your family.
