Dave did an excellent job settling my case. I was injured at work and spent time in the hospital. I thought that I could handle everything on my own but it soon became apparent that it was more complicated than I thought. At first I thought it was crazy to file a suit but I listened to his advice on treating my injuries and although it took time it was worth it in the end. First he settled the Workman’s Comp case and then went on to settle the slip and fall injury. I didn’t think about the long term implications and how it affected my health. Dave even found a loophole that I would not have thought helped bolstered the case. A great job well done.

When I was hit by a big moving truck and was injured, I reached out to David. I left message on his office voicemail, after all it was after office hours when I called. David called me back immediately from his personal phone and spoke with me for almost an hour (on his Friday night!) I came into his office the following Monday, he sat with me, reviewed and more importantly explained everything to me from a legal, honest genuine stand point. He has answered every email, phone call, has shown up at doctors visits with me and has totally reassured me that he was not only an attorney working for me, but a solid partner navigating /helping me through this difficult time.
