Paul Badame represented me through the SSD process that lasted two full years. The process was unexpectedly extended due to COVID-19. My case was initially denied & appealed with a hearing. In the SSD world, a denial with an appeal is usually expected unless there’s an automatic diagnosis. Paul & his associates have always remained attentive towards my questions/concerns during these 24 months. Paul is an experienced professional, but one that carries a humane & empathetic personality (this is rare to come by in the legal world). He remained confident & secure during any challenges that the case was faced with. The final decision was an approval of benefits. I will forever be grateful to Paul Badame for his efficient - cost effective approach in helping me with my divorce and custody issues. My divorce was dragging on for almost 2 years with no end in sight. Seeing my kids was made extremely difficult. After just one in-person visit and two follow up conference calls with Paul; a Visitation Court Order was secured followed by a divorce decree. The fact I hired this attorney for my custody and divorce case in Bucks County which eventually got transferred to Philadelphia. I used him for 10 years he was amazing ,caring,professional and he really knew what he was doing in the court room.
