Sharon is the best lawyer I've ever had!!!! She got me out of jail in 4 months on my 6th probation violation!!

Can we give negative stars here? I would not recommend this firm by a long shot. I wish I had done more research on them before wasting my money. They are very unaggressive in their approaches, they do not "go hard" to fight for you/your case. My assumption is they do this to lose in hopes you are not smart enough to drop them and find a new lawyer so you continue to flush your money down the drain with their practice. Unsatisfied is an understatement. The woman who WAS on my case is not even listed on their website. No wonder

Very Great Attorney... Worked hard and was dedicated about my case. Kept her word with everything, from the attorney visit dates, communicating with the judge and officer, and the process of releasing. I’m very satisfied and thankful!

Anita was excellent ... she presented Evidence to prove the officer in my DUI case did not have Reasonable suspicion to stop my car which resulted in the Judge suppressing the evidence and my case was dismissed. i could not be more pleased with Anita and her knowledge for the law and always informing me of everything I needed to know ... which was very comforting through the entire process. I can’t say enough good things about her and how pleased I was with her services !

Anita encouraged our son to wait for full discovery in a DUI / license suspension case for refusal of chemical testing. She was professional and diligent in helping him, explaining all options and clearly had his best interest at heart. Multiple court appearances until all information was in did not derail her. I am happy to say that she was successful in both the criminal DUI and the PennDOT suspension. We are thankful that Anita cares for her clients and doesn't just try to take the deal.

I don't recommend this firm for criminal matters. The attorneys lied and they judged. A defense attorney is to do just that "Defend". Thats what this firm was hired to do and got paid a lot of money to do and they did the total opposite. My rating for both lawyers Anita and Sharon is a -5. My advice find an experienced lawyer that won't judge you and your family.

I am so glad I chose Anita Seth as my attorney. I was extremely stressed out after my DUI and needed a professional with people skills as well as knowledge of the law. I was very impressed with her. She took the time to explain processes and terms unknown to me in everyday language and completely put me at ease, making what could have been a total nightmare into a bearable experience. I would not hesitate to recommend her to friends and family!

Anita handled my sons case. She was great! She listens, she cares and not like other Public Defenders. I hear she is now in private practice! She really does do a great job. She looks into the truth when you are being accused of doing something wrong. Many others really didn't care and would give you the bare minimum as a defense, she is what people need and want in an attorney. You will not just be a number or dollar signs!! After you meet with her you will clearly see she is the right attorney for the job. I love attorneys that do not make deals or cut corners. If you are innocent then why take a deal?!! Do not let police, DA's scare you, give her a call!!!!
