I’m 15 and I was called into court for runaway on my dirtbike with no turn signals no license and I ran a stop sign . Mr. Datika was so nice and kind. Every time we called he answered right away or texted us . I had 5 charged and he got it down to one . That one charge wouldn’t effect me in any bad way . I would have to pay $700 in the fines, but he got a reduced down to less than 200. I thank you so much and I highly recommend him .

Ben came to my rescue. I have professional licensure's that need to be maintained with a clean record. I contacted Mr. Ben outside his normal working hours a bit panicked after being at the police station for a firearms related charge. He returned my call within 5 minutes and setup a plan to deal with the charges against me. He was able to work with the prosecutor/DA to dismiss two of the charges I was facing. For the final charge, he was able to work it down to a highly favorable outcome that I am more than happy with. What can I even say about Mr.Dakita ? MONEY WELL SPENT. I’m from nyc and I was out there just joining my friend to go register a car. Long story short we got pulled over I gave em a false name I thought nothing of it , we’ll be on our way. I had 8 grams of marijuana individually packed in two different ways in a zip lock bag (not a big deal in nyc ) they’ll let Give it right bck laugh at you but they classify that as (controlled substance) out there in these common wealth states & give you 5 different charges for that. I was worried it had me very upset for a while. what can I say, I feel a lot of weight of my shoulder now. less than a year later, a month would of made a year but everything was resolved and I got the best outcome I could ask for .I feel like I dodged a big bullet and it don’t hurt to say it again MONEY WELL SPENT . So take care of Mr.Dakita and his law firm save your worries . They’ll take care of you he’s one hell of a dude With great tactics and great negotiation skills follow his lead he’ll take care you .
