Dan David Hernandez Jr. Bethlehem Pa. Look up this case! I paid John Mc Mahon $15,000 To Represent My Husband in an Attempted Homicide Trial... He Did NOTHING at All, But take All Our Money and Build A Relationship with The Northampton County Prosecutor Patricia Mulqueen. He Pretty Much Used My Husband as a Bargaining Chip to Get In Good with the county. We are going through a direct appeal to try to fix what this bozo did (didn't) Do. The lawyer On My Husbands Case Now says, Never in his Career as an attorney has he seen an attorney do as little as hes done, for a client..things that should have been preserved to help my husband in a direct appeal he didn't do, so that his appeal would be unsuccessful!! I hate this man for ruining our lives and taking all of our money. DO NOT Trust THIS FIRM!!!! look up my husbands case before you have this crook represent you or your loved one!! God Doesn't like ugly John!! I Pray he deals with you for cheating us out of thousands!!

John McMahon is a bum. He's one of the worst lawyers in Montgomery County. DO NOT...I REPEAT DO NOT GIVE THIS BUM YOUR MONEY. He will take full advantage of you and in his words "feed you to the wolves" and that's exactly what he did to me. My case was an open and shut one but the bum was so busy not paying my case any mind that he didn't even realize that 1, my case should of been combined with another 1. 2. there was evidence missing, which violates my guaranteed right to a fair trial. He in no way, shape or form protected my rights as a human being. AGAIN.....DO NOT GIVE THIS MAN YOUR MONEY. SEEK OTHER COUNSEL
