If you only read one part of this review, at least read this. Mr. Spitofsky is not just an exceptional lawyer that I highly recommend but a amazing and caring person. First professional level. Mr. Spitofsky is organized and goes above and beyond to keep you informed of what's going on, what steps you need to do. He also guides you through every step of what you need to do, everything in layman's terms. The process couldn't have been easier and smoother. MOST IMPORTANTLY he knows what he's doing. On a personal level, Mr. Spitofsky is one of the kindest professionals I've met. There is no fake smile or pretending to care, he ACTUALLY cares, he's GENUINELY friendly and kind. The first few days were riddled with personal questions, worries and tons of "bugging" him. Not once did he get annoyed. Everytime it was a calm friendly and reassuring informative discussion and he really helped on a mental level of just keeping you at peace and a little more relaxed in a stressful time. I spoke to many others before him and you could tell i was only another paycheck and lots of uncertain feedback. NOT the case here. Mr. Spitofsky took the time to go over options and treat you like a human being. I could go on and on but just know he's the right choice.
