Jim is very professional, fair, and honest. He always had my best interest in mind. He stayed on top of my case, keeping me informed of everything in an easy to understand manner. He was patient with me and answered all my questions. He was easily accessible, promptly returned phone calls/texts and was always there for me which I greatly appreciated. To me, these are important qualities in a lawyer and I would highly recommend Jim to anyone who needs a lawyer.

Jim is great. Handled our bankruptcy and never once made us feel negatively about it in any way. If you don't think that is important then think again. What a result ! We were able to breathe fresh air and a sigh of relief. A freedom of sorts. A new start, which is what it is supposed to be about and it was. Didn't take long to re-group, but a new home and created nice equity in just a few years. Jim, we will never forget you.
