John McMahon took on my sons case after, a fiasco with a lawyer who is now disbarred,needless to say money was very pressing.mr McMahon took a look at my sons case and assured me he could help,my son always maintained his innocence.My son was charged with a armed carjacking and slew of charges 20 if not mistaken countless felonies,he was facing a stiff sentenced.After being held hostage with a outrageous bail,my son sat a year,John was able to get my sons bail dropped to a unsecured bond,soon after that mr McMahon had all charges dismissed ,throw out,a innocent man goes free.So often people spend years behind bars due to being falsely accused.Due to johns dillegence my son is a free man.So often cases are plead out in these circumstances ,my son had no record and was not looking forward to copping a plea,John fought the Da office tooth and nails till all charges where dismissed.This was a very trying time for my family and John walked us through the process ,it was a battle,but as John promised he would prevail,not to many lawyers live up to there promises but John did.A parent worse nightmare is of this nature ,when your young son just coming into manhood life is on the brink of being whisked away,I want to thank you John for standing up for the rights of my son,as a state sentenced was imminent,I can't begin to repay you for giving my son his future,hopes dreams another chance to blossom,the scales of justice have prevailed something we rarely see in our community. John McMahon is a bum. He's one of the worst lawyers in Montgomery County. DO NOT...I REPEAT DO NOT GIVE THIS BUM YOUR MONEY. He will take full advantage of you and in his words "feed you to the wolves" and that's exactly what he did to me. My case was an open and shut one but the bum was so busy not paying my case any mind that he didn't even realize that 1, my case should of been combined with another 1. 2. there was evidence missing, which violates my guaranteed right to a fair trial. He in no way, shape or form protected my rights as a human being. AGAIN.....DO NOT GIVE THIS MAN YOUR MONEY. SEEK OTHER COUNSEL

Mr. McMahon seemed to be a very caring and understanding man. He took time to call me when he was away to let me know he got my voice mail and even called in the evening hours. Although I did not need to hire him I would highly recommend him just on my initial consultation with his firm and the phone calls I had with Mr. McMahon himself. I have some family law issue that I will most definitely be using his law firm for in the near future.

Mr. McMahon was the best lawyer I have ever had. I have spent 17 yrs in federal prison due to terrible lawyers who charged Insane Prices!! Short and sweet McMahon got all 7 charges dismissed at preliminary hearing, then sit down gave me money back bc it was dismissed early on!! All charges dismissed when every other lawyer would have taken it all the way for the money not only that got all charges dismissed on a 3 time felon out on federal parole. John is hands down the best lawyer in Montgomery County and I speak from personal testimony. You can tell John is a very well respected man in and outside of the courtroom (especially if you've been in the court room with him). I had previously hired a lawyer (not a public defender) and that man had almost got me the super short end of the stick. After hiring John within a day I already knew I was in great hands. He handled my case with true precision and diligence. My family and I were very worried about the outcome but this man did all in his ability and power to get me the best possible results and HE DID. My case was a sensitive matter, because I am actually from California but had got in trouble in Montgomery County. He was very helpful and informative and even after my case (which has been resolved...and thats why I am here today) he continues to help me with related matters even though he's not obligated to in any way. This man truly cares about his clients and gets the best results. If you're looking for legal council do not hesitate. I wish I hired him from the start, would have saved me money. John is hands down the best lawyer in Montgomery county. He always answers any questions I have in a prompt manner and is VERY personable. He cares about his clients as people not just as a CLIENT. His office staff are very friendly and either he or they kept me informed on everything through my whole criminal case! I wouldn't reccomend any other lawyer in Montgomery county. John McMahon is an excellent lawyer and is well known in Montgomery County! He has represented me in two accident cases, in which I was a victim. My first case settled with great results, the second case is still pending as I am currently one of his clients. I can see the Jury and the Judge were paying attention and listened to you with the respect you commanded. Being found Guilty of these Very UNJUSTIFIED, FAMILY DESTROYING and FALSE Charges was not an option. I truly would not know what to do if I was unable to see my children.
