He did an amazing job dealing with a very adhd hyper and unorganized person at the time. He saved my life I don’t want to put my story but if he and Colleen didn’t take me on at separate times btw I would not have my children because Colleen. Keith is still be in prison for something I didn’t even do but he got me my license back after getting 3 tickets for driving with out a license. But the initial charge wasn’t valid even the other lawyers I called said they couldn’t do that they might be able to get my jail time reduce. He did it all those tickets were cleared and the disorderly conduct even though I was innocent he was right if I was to get in front of judge or jury I’d be in jail for years. The best ever.

Although Keith Harbison was not able to take me, he took the time in being honest about what I should do and how to handle the unsafe living situation I am in. He took the time in emailing me and speaking to me on the phone. After reaching 20+ lawyers and losing faith in being able to handle a situation I have never dealt with before, he gave me hope in proceeding in my matter and continuing my search.

I was facing some jail time and felony charges, Keith got my charges totally dismissed and no jail time.I could not be more thankful the results.He was professional and courteous.

Looking back, I now realized this guy basically just sat next to me in court and let the other team walk all over us with their lies. I honestly don't even recall him saying "objection" one more time. I fed him all sorts of info that he could have used to win the case but he was just siting like a spectator instead of defending.

Mr. Harbison was very reasonable with pricing, to start. He came to my court date on time, and won my case for me with complete ease. He listened to my needs, he fought for me, and I would use him for any and all business affairs, as I have in the past. He was very detail oriented, organized, professional, and successful! 5 plus stars!!!!

I was falsely accused of welfare fraud in reference to medical assistance overpayments made by the government to my mother. Mr. Harbison patiently listened my side of the situation, advised me and provided me with guidance during the time between when I was charged and the trial. He carefully reviewed the details of the case, explained to me the relevant law and laid out the strategy. During the trial, he brought out the defects in the District Attorney’s case and provided me with the correct advice regarding having me testify at trial. At the conclusion of the trial, the judge found me "not guilty". My lawyer, Mr. Harbison did excellent job, he was calm, but aggressive when he had to be, and clear minded during the difficult court period. I would certainly recommend Mr. Harbison to anyone who needs representation in a criminal matter.

Keith was amazing. He responded to our questions in a timely fashion. We were nervous going to trial however, we watched Keith silently evaluate the tone of the court room and know exactly how to proceed and what to say. His calm demeanor was such an asset. He absolutely is the reason our son is on Probation and not in prison.
