Stephen Stewart is my go-to lawyer for anything related to Second Amendment rights and LTCF in Philly and PA. I have gone to him a few times over the years to get clarity on questions and to make sure I didn’t end up getting arrested for anything! He knows all the laws and rules for private transfers and FFL. He takes calls on weekends and in the evening.
