I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome in my car accident case. I received a much hoped for 5-figure settlement. Shayna Shorr and the overall expertise at Ostroff Injury Law had me feeling that I was in very good hands. I was disappointed in the end results of the case. Arbitration is mentally draining, I would have preferred been asked what I expected to get as an end result and had my attorney work for that goal, but that didn’t happen. In addition, in being realistic about the negotiation process, knowing what amount my attorney began the negotiation process would have helped. Lawsuits are never easy, but due to PA Auto Insurance limit, full torte vs not, does not help in the selection of county courts, etc. So am I satisfied, the answer is- not really. Just glad it’s over.
