I wouldnt recomend it they ask money ahead and forgot about the case after they got your money .. i have to keep calling and calling and asking to see how the process of my case is going on and they just response saying that my case still under investigation my car was hit when it was parked... so i hired this firm to they talk the insurance of tge other partie because i have only liabilities insurance and this "attorneys"cant have nothing done and they say that we can suit but they will need more money to go the court and represent me also i ask who is the person who has to pay for their honorarium and they told me you are the person we only going to be in court for the damages of the other party cause to your car ....

We agreed that certain notification letters would be sent to the other party that were never sent, complicating the process in a custody case. I've reached out to get an update on those notifications with no response, almost as if my case was no longer important to them.

Fabick puts on a good show but his response time is terrible and his presentation at court was non existent. He did less work than a public defender could have and was very on edge and rushing through our case. I don’t recommend him
