What a positive experience it was, working with Renata Pabisz at High Swartz. Stephen Zaffuto has done a great job for us handling a complicated PA Transfer Tax issue. He has guided us successfully through the appeals process and we are grateful for his help in getting refunds of several assessments that we were not sure we could get back. He is a great communicator and very sharp, worth every penny. We reached out to him sight unseen based on an internet search for PA attorneys because we don't typically have need of PA counsel. We had also contacted a few other PA law firms in the course of trying to find the right legal advisor, and as it turns out, I'm glad that they were unresponsive to an unknown client inquiry. Needless to say, we were pleasantly surprised and delighted that we found an incredibly responsive law firm and were assigned such a talented attorney as Stephen. I needed a law firm with experience in managing the zoning relief for adding a unit to my apartment.
