Who wants to write a will? The answer to that would be no one. Not a one of us wants to stare our own mortality in the face. It's morbid and depressing. Yet, unless we want to depart this earth, leaving our family to clean up our mess, a will is a necessity. John Novak is not only well versed in the subject matter, he is kind, empathetic and patient. My husband and I peppered John with questions regarding our will, as well as our living will. With John's guidance, and again, supreme patience, he hand tailored these documents to reflect our direct and very specific needs and wishes. John's attention to detail is flawless and his response time to email/voicemail was consistently excellent. My wife and I both feel blessed to have found an attorney who walked us through this delicate task with warmth and understanding.
