Don’t expect them to call you back. I completed the online intake and was able to provide a lot of detail. I called twice to follow up. Our family is well versed in who to use for legal advice. We thought it would be easier to deal with an attorney in Lehigh County as that is where my aunt is and I am her POA. Go elsewhere.

Sally and her office were all extremely helpful in setting up the estate when my mother passed away only a few weeks after my brother . They all made a very difficult time much easier for me . When everything was settled, I also hired Sally to do my husband and my wills, Poa’s and health directives. She guided us based on our needs and I am happy it is completed. I would highly recommend her office.

On Jan. 25 I received an e-mail from her stating she is now on Medicaid and I will be receiving a confirmation letter soon! Literally 4 days! And 2 of those days were weekend days! She is amazing! I would use her services again in a heartbeat! BEST ATTORNEY EVER!

After our mother passed away, we had to scramble to find a lawyer willing to serve us in Berks County and had expertise in Estate Administration. We contacted several firms in the area with an online presence, and while some claimed they could serve probate and estate planning, the one-on-one meetings with those firms not giving us much faith, and some firms went straight to quoting the Johnson scale or gave aggressive sales pitches. Our meeting with Sally Schoffstall was completely different, reassuring, and confidence-instilling. Not only was she very efficient and clear what her firm could provide us in terms of Estate Administration services, her work on Elder Law and reasonable estimates of her charges convinced us to go with her firm for help in assisting our family in the Executor duties. She was great in communicating to us via email and sending documents back and forth both electronically and hard-copy documents. Her staff were responsive and kept their client responses promptly covered if one lawyer had to be away. Her firm really understood and explained clearly the PA state laws and local county requirements, and Sally was very helpful in protecting our Estate’s interest during property dealings. As an executor living in a different state than PA, I had to maximize limited times of travel, and required a lot of business to be handled remotely. Sally was quite proficient in conducting legal matters as efficiently as possible and allowing and guiding us to be able to do as much of the administration work ourselves so that this would not raise our legal fees more than they had to be. We appreciated this honest interaction allowing us to economize Estate charges when we could see other firms wanting to do everything and charge their clients an exorbitant bill. After a year long process, Sally helped us smoothly close out our Estate, so we would very highly recommend her firm.

Ms. Schoffstall met our needs with competence and courtesy. She is very knowledgeable in her field and does a comprehensive review before making recommendations.
