I scheduled a consult and they had to cancel. I paid for the service and never got back to me. I had to reach out to them several times to get my consult. I did the consult and was supposed to receive emails etc and never got any communication back. I emailed back after a while and no communication back. Bad experience with this office, the lawyer also stated that we were from Mexico right?...and we are not..should have know that if they read the paperwork and especially in this line of work don't they know not to assume? Ask first before you say something maybe? ***edit. In response to companys statement. I sent an email on December 8th asking if any information was needed from me or where we were at since thr last time we talked. Maybe I misunderstood but I believe I was suppose to receive some documents in email after our consult. This is exactly why I reached out on DECEMBER 8th and I even put that I was not sure if I was suppose to contact you and if maybe I was at fault. It is not until I write this poor review almost two months later that I get correspondence from you. So I did reach out after August. I received a personal email in response to my review that did not contain as much information as this review which I find odd. You air out more details about my situation on a public review instead of explaining in the personal email. I believe part of this is a case of miscommunication which just happens sometimes.

Audrey and her team were beyond exceptional! We didn’t know where to begin nor which law firm to choose from, until Audrey was recommended to us. We couldn’t have picked a better choice. She and her whole team, were always very helpful and would get back to us via email/phone calls, promptly. They made this process go very smooth. COVID came in between the process, but nonetheless, Audrey and her team kept working hard and updating us on our case. They worked so hard and were very professional at all times. And now here we are, my husband, thankfully, now has his resident card. We are forever grateful for Audrey and her team. We highly recommend Audrey and her team!
