Our experience with Audrey is beyond amazing! I can’t begin to even explain how grateful we are to have her supporting us each step of the way. The staff is alway nice, professional, and you can always feel the compassion from them and even more so the passion that Audrey has for what she does. BONUS! She speaks Spanish! Although I typically translate for my husband when needed with Audrey I don’t have to and the fact that our lawyer can communicate well with him is incredibly appreciated. We highly recommend her to any friends and family!

So if you are not already aware of how important it is to have good lawyer for your immigration processing let my story be a warning. The process can be daunting and frustrating so you turn to a specialist. In my case I hired another lawyer prior to Audrey. It was a disaster! They wanted all the $ up front, then were not responsive, not helpful, and finally incompetent (they failed to file our paperwork properly and hence greatly delayed our process) and upon us firing them we did not get our $ back. After this a friend told me about Audrey. She and her team were exactly what we needed. Kind, responsive, thorough, and professional. Honestly if there were more than 5 stars I would give them to her! I had been working on my case for a couple of years with a different attorney that had little to no communication with me, he would take weeks at a time to reply to my emails/phone calls, loose correspondence and really not be on top of my case as I needed him to be. When I first talked to Audrey during our initial meeting, I made it very clear that I was looking to hire an attorney that was going to take ownership of my case and be on top of it, and most importantly, I was looking for an attorney which whom I would be able to maintain a professional and honest communication regarding my case. I remember that Audrey’s response to this simple yet important request was: ”You are in good hands!”. And sure I was. Audrey and her team really moved my case from a point were nothing was happening, and it was not moving at all for years and made things happen and fast. She really knows what she does, she is familiar with immigration law, she knows how to navigate the immigration process in the Philadelphia field office, she is out-front with what to do and what to expect and she stands up for her clients when need be. I sometimes had doubts and emailed or called her to ask a question about my case and she (or someone from her team) would call me back within 24 hours at most (seriously!).
