Ms. Allen's associate, Mr. Gonzalo Peralta, saved our wedding from a nightmarish series of bureaucratic roadblocks that came up with only days to go before the big date. Ms. Allen was wonderful and easy to work with, and Mr. Peralta was incredibly professional and knowledgeable, and he handled the USCIS offices with ease.

In 2011, the Legal Clinic for the Disabled (LCD) established PhilaKIDS, a Medical-Legal Partnership (MLP) with St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children. LCD knew that many families we served had immigration law issues, but we were unable to meet those needs. Audrey Allen Immigration Law stepped in to fill that void and has been an invaluable partner ever since. LCD’s clients are low-income, living with physical disabilities or caring for children with special health care needs, and often struggling to meet basic needs. Their immigration issues compound those stressors and often lead to increased anxiety and uncertainty. The families LCD serves cannot afford a lawyer, and many report that they have already been deceived by someone who promised to help. Audrey is a fantastic immigration attorney. Audrey is not only an excellent lawyer but also a pragmatic and great person who always available when you have a question or concern. When you begin working with Audrey you can feel quite confident that your application will go through successfully. In our circumstance she worked with both myself and my husband and managed to successfully guide us through both the naturalization process and the green card process with no issues or problems.
