I have always taught my children that there are attributes in life,that define an individual.They include kindness, hard work,commitment, and "doing the right thing". The constellation of the four will contribute to helping others and secure confidence in themselves. I mention this because, I needed a lawyer who possessed those four qualities and i knew, that the search would be difficult. I was frightened,anxious, and insecure, having minimal exposure to legal care in my past. Then thru the recommendation of a trusted therapist, I was led to Mr.Seltzer. Beginning with the initial phone call, he was kind,reassuring,commited to my issue, with the conviction that he would do his best for me. I took a deep breath and knew that I found a lawyer who exemplified the attributes that I taught my children would lead to success. Not only was he persistent and successful with the issue, in addition, he navigated several steep hurdles, therefore,I have been the beneficiary of his tireless effort on my behalf. Despite the near completion of my case, he continues to persue the matter with "hard work and commitment". I am indelibly grateful. His staff of paralegals could not be nicer,or more cooperative, and it is obvious that his attitude has permeated the entire staffs approach. As aforementioned,I was frightened and anxious prior to our connecting. I was so lucky to have Maria for the second half of my divorce. She was not only strategic and ethical, but she kept me calm and was able to help me decipher noise and nonsense from reality. I had a frivolous PFA brought against me by my scumbag sister and Enrico got it dismissed. He's a great cross examiner, listener, and takes detailed notes. Our trial got postponed a few times and you can naturally forget some details in between but Enrico was detailed in his notes and recalled everything from the very beginning. He's very responsive any time I had questions. When it was time for court he came out swinging and was aggressive in his cross-examination tripping up my scummy sister in her lies. He was also great when he cross-examined me and led his questions in a way to support our argument. The more details I provided him the more he came out with guns blazing. He's also good at extracting those last minute details that i didn't think to provide by asking additional questions on the day of trial and helping you prep. We worked well together. Ultimately the Judge dismissed the false PFA against me thanks to Enrico. Highly recommend.
