I reached out to Gail because my wife and I are in the midst of selling our home and the title company insisted we pay judgments levied against only one of us even though we share the property together. Gail assured me the property was protected as an entirety property and the judgments wouldn't affect the title of the home. As she predicted, the title was cleared! Working with Gail was a great experience and I'd recommend her to anyone with real estate issues they need help solving or for advice. She's very responsive and willing to help!

Testa and Pagnanelli is the best firm law firm I have ever come across. I searched long and hard and conducted a number of interviews/meetings with lawyers and I could not find any that exhibited the combination of patience, care, passion, and knowledge that I found at the law firm of Testa & Pagnanelli. While both Testa and Pagnanelli are equally wonderful, I had the pleasure of Mr. Pagnanelli represent me in my divorce case - and I have to tell you, it was the best decision ever! Mr. Pagnanelli is a rare find.....he possesses such a humble, friendly, and caring attitude with his clients...and I must add, extremely knowledgeable about family law!!!! He took the time to answer every question, email, and phone call in such detail that a five year old could understand which made the difference in my understanding of all the laws associated with my divorce. Throughout the entire divorce process, I felt a sense of calm and peace because I knew he had my best interest and would handle everything that had to be done. I am such a control freak because I don't believe people can get done what I can get done and to the degree that I would personally handle things. But, I have to say, I felt good about relinquishing control to Mr. Pagnanelli because he was on top of everything - every required filings related to the divorce, to the property settlements, everything...what a pleasant relief to know that I did not have to stress about anything because he is so efficient! Further, if Mr. Pagnanelli was not available for some reason (maybe in court), his partner was always there to jump in and communicate with me in his absence. The entire firm is supportive and responsive beyond measure! If you want lawyers that really care about what you are going through and hold your hand and lead the way to victory, then you want the lawyers of Testa & Pagnanelli.......more than what you could ever ask for!!! They care and they win!

Excellent attorney. I highly recommend Mr. Pagnanelli. He is ethical, reasonable and extremely competent. I hired Mr. Pagnanelli to clean-up the mess created by my previous divorce attorney. After wasting years getting no where in negotiations with my prior attorney (and thousands of dollars), it took Mr. Pagnanelli just a few weeks to quickly and efficiently end my divorce on good terms. I was very happy with the result and with his effectiveness in negotiation.

Fantastic attorney. I have used him for custody and support. He is always well prepared, excellent in court and highly responsive when we communicate. I really didn't think I had any chance at getting shared custody because I just assumed as a dad, I was at a huge disadvantage. Mr. Pagnanelli was phenomenal in court and kicked ass. I trust him and his judgement. I highly recommend him for anyone who needs representation for family law.

I hired Mr. Pagnanelli to handle my divorce. He had been referred to me by a friend who is also an attorney, but who practices in a different area of law. Mr. Pagnanelli did a fantastic job in handling a complex divorce, a very contentious custody trial and our various support proceedings. He was fair and upfront with what to expect in the divorce and with what tactics to use in achieving results. Mr. Pagnanelli told me from day one that his goal was to settle the case and not run up the bill. He was true to his word. Unlike most attorneys, who in my experience try to file motion after motion when a simple negotiation can resolve the case, Mr. Pagnanelli actively sought to negotiate a settlement from day one and I really appreciate his work.
