I recently learned that my real estate attorney passed who was well grayed and very knowledgeable. I found Gail Marcus after conducting a simple search and was extremely impressed with how easy she was to speak to and how smart and thoughtful she is.. she offered solutions before we discussed if I'll be using her or not... she's worth every penny, and someone to definitely have on your team if you're an investor!

I was pretty nervous about talking to a lawyer and Gail gave me a lot of comfort and great advice. She also answered my call promptly at the end of the day (7pm!). I am a landlord in Philadelphia and had a question about Philadelphia lease requirements and Gail helped me navigate the situation. I got off the call knowing the exact next steps to take. They had two of my case Worst experience I had dealings with lawyers!
I’m still waiting on one of my checks over three weeks after I signed the release form for the check to mail to my address!
