If I could rate without giving any stars I would unfortunately in order to comment you need to at least select a star. Absolutely the worst worst experience ever received from any law office , lawyer etc! I would highly recommend seeking another law office for your case ASAP. Its been over a year since my accident and they have yet to reach a settlement. Which usually take 6 month or less, rarely ever longer than a year for minor cases like mines. I never hear from my lawyer, or the law office for that matter. I have to call them to follow up on my case. Half the time I'm hung up on , told I will receive a call me back and never do. It ironic to me because when I was seeking a lawyer I selected them and gave them a call literally On the next day they saw me in person. Quite-frankly I think this is a big scam ! They should be reported (i'm working on having them looked into) . I feel like these other comments are all fake !!! Very disgusted with the service I received and found a new law office to take over my case.

Worst place to go to they don't call you and tell you nothing you gotta call them and they never remember your case they don't fight for you if it's not in their best interest find someone else

If I could give more than five stars, I would! Seriously, if you need an attorney, look no further than the Law Offices of Joel J. Kofsky! They sent out a representative the minute I called, at the time that best fit my schedule, and from there it just got easier.I was in a panic, afraid I wouldn't be able to pay my medical bills from an accident that wasn't my fault, but i was assured over and over again that I didn't even have to worry. So I didn't, and i forgot about it hoping they would keep their word and have my back, and they did. More than i could have asked for. Constantly keeping me informed, I was able to recover with a peaceful mind, and in less than a year, everything was taken care up. The Law Offices of Joel J. I had the most pleasant experience with The Law Offices of Joel Kofsky. Everyone was very helpful and good with updating me on my case. The fees they charge are extremely reasonable especially for the work they did for me. Vincent helped me from the first day right until the very last. After my car accident I felt devastated but he made everything so much better and talked me through everything and made it easy to get through this situation. I initially had another lawyer representing me for my case but after I had my first talk with Vincent I knew they would be perfect to represent me for my case. I highly recommend this law office to anyone who needs great representation.

We hired this law firm after my husband was in an accident in Philadelphia last May. We live out of state, but this firm had great reviews. We contacted them and they accepted our case. Months later I found myself calling them trying to get status on our case because there hadn't been any movement. I understand that the legal system can be slow but they never contacted us with any updates and I thought that was weird. Fast forward to the present, ( a full year since they've been on the case, we get a phone call from the firm saying that their paralegal wasn't doing their job and our case had just been continually overlooked. However, now that they've realized the issue they were going to get right on it. This week we got a letter from them saying that they can no longer represent my husband in his case. I'm not sure why the Law Offices of Joel J. Kofsky have such high reviews because it's a sham. They did nothing but waist our time and you can't get that back. Anyone looking for a lawyer, please keep looking elsewhere.
