Finding Sarah was a miracle just in the nick of time. She understood exactly what I needed as a woman small business owner and offered solutions to accomplish those needs. The objectives were clear and she and her team were very timely in getting everything together, provided ample time for review and feedback or giving updates where needed. We even had an unexpected emergency which I really appreciated Sarah taking her time off to support. Overall my experience was above and beyond my expectations and gave me the confidence to move forward and will absolutely rely on Sarah for my future business needs.

Working with Sarah has been exactly what I needed. From the start she was able to give me the confidence that I had filed my legal documents correctly, which is what I expected. What I didn't expect was her to be so proactive in helping me think about the next steps for my business. Sarah and her team have been great to work with as I launch my first LLC. They delivered exactly what I needed for custom contracts, handled all of the LLC paperwork filing, and helped with business planning. I feel confident that my business is legally protected. The prices were higher than I originally intended to spend, but I would not feel as confident with the cookie-cutter contract templates that can be found online. Aside from price, the only other reason I chose a 4-star rating is because they are a little bit disorganized. There has been confusion about whether calls are occurring on Zoom or by phone, meetings often start 10 minutes late, and I was handed off to a partner/assistant at the last minute when I was scheduled to work with Sarah directly for my last contract. In the end, they always deliver high-quality results and follow up to make sure I'm satisfied, which is the most important factor to me. I highly recommend for the peace of mind that comes with a strong legal foundation for a small business!

Sarah and her team are fantastic!
