Mr. Tom Harrity is an attorney that a client can rely on. I have been retaining and referring insurance subrogation recovery cases to him for the past 9 years. Mr. Harrity is very experienced in multiple areas of the law. He has handled all aspects of insurance cases involving automobile, product defect, construction and third party property damage claims. Whether it is pre or post litigation he works well with experts, insurers and clients which lead to an excellent result. He provides a superior customer service by maintaining an open line of communication with his clients and keeps them apprised of the developments of the case. I will continue to retain Mr. Harrity for future cases and highly recommend him as an attorney.

Mr. Harrity is great! He was recommended to me by my parents attorney. When I met Mr Harrity I met him at his office down town Philadelphia. I brought my court papers, explained my situation. At the time, I was pregnant, and only had a part time job. He was very happy to come to an agreeable binder amount that I could afford. After signing him to represent me, about 1.5 years went by when we received notification of the case finally going to be heard. He called me right away and let me know as soon as he found out. He had me come In to make me feel comfortable with what possible things could be asked of me, what arguments he was going to make, pointing out any flaws of the case that the other party had that would work in my favor. He was very precise in explaining everything to me in terms I was able to understand. we won in my favor the first time but then was appealed by State Farm. We had court again this time to be heard by a judge. The other party was not prepared and was not able to continue. Mr Harrity was quick to move for motion to dismiss and that was it! Overall I would absolutely recommend and hire Mr Harrity again. His communication is rated a 5/5 via emails and phone calls. When I would Inquire about any status updates during the 1.5 year stretch, he was quick to answer me back right away. His quality is rated a 5/5. Not only did he have a great defense prepared, but he picked through every single flaw in the case that was to work in my advantage. He explained every single step/strategy he was going to use and explained why. Customer service is rated a 4/5 only because he was late twice, both times for hearings at the court house. He also always made sure his clients to were comfortable and prepared.
