Jason Krasno represented a patient of mine and I wanted to remark on the success both I and my patient have had with his office. In the area of worker's compensation, the patient and doctor can be at a tremendous disadvantage. There is only one form of protection you have that stands between you and the insurance institution and that is the lawyer, so you had best make sure you choose the right one. In our case, Mr. Krasno faught diligently to make sure the patient received fair compensation. He also continued to press the worker's compensation insurance company until we were paid a reasonable rate. Since the insurance adjuster and their attorney were incompetent, this was a challanging task. Mr. Krasno was on our side and after months of run-around and repeated reprocessing of our claims, we were able to be paid. I'm sure the attorney had many other cases to handle and he had no obligation to continue with the task. I believe that he stuck with us because he's an honest lawyer and it was the right thing to do. In conclusion, I would highly recommend this attorney for any worker's compensation problem. I can't imagine getting better representation.
