After signing a electronic contract i never met with any one personally. During treatment a so called paralegal communicated back and forth about insurance companies and then mad mistakes giving me false information. When I finished treatment I asked for basic information because of the mis information and was not provided it, I was lied to about who i was speaking with they claimed to be a paralegal and handling my claim but was not in fact a paralegal. I personally provided this firm with information they failed to get to help them after six months of treatment and injections and they continued to be laxed with my claim. I had to fire this firm because they fell below the standards, my new attorney made me aware of the fact that this firm failed to complete forms with adjusters holding up my claim, that coupled with the other issues leads me to believe this firm is incompetent. Corrections, you did not drop my claim I sent your firm two discharge letters before a response. Your firm was discharge because it feel below the standard moreover, as I told your office, I am working on a mass tort claim (TDF Claim GILEAD PHARMA) and had no time for the simple claim your office could not execute effectively.
