Mike was great to work with! The process was smooth and we were well informed every step of the way. The settlement we received from our auto fraud case was exactly what we set out to get, even as the dealership tried to keep the settlement down. The process was simple, Mike sent expert inspectors to our home to inspect our vehicle and we had to do very little more than just pick up the phone when he called. Simple, painless, and successful.

After I notice some things not being right on my loan, I immediately realize I made one of the biggest mistakes. The dealer wouldn't unwind the loan so I had no choice but to go with Niznik. Not knowing anything about the process I am happy to say it was worth it as I got exactly what I wanted and justice was serve. Don't be hesitate to seek out Niznuk after you believe a dealership took advantageous you, they may try to scare you but Niznik stay with me throughout the whole process and gave me knowledge to get this done. Highly recommend!

Mike did a great job for me. I bought a used car in South Jersey and the numbers on the sales contract weren't what I remembered discussing. When I asked the finance manager gave me some smooth story about the finance company adding an additional fee due to a repo on my credit report from 6 years ago and how I should be grateful that anyone would finance a car for me. The next day I called the finance company and they told me there were no additional fees and that the dealer simply added more to the cost of the vehicle. I couldn't believe what I heard and I thought it was too late since I signed all of the documents. I called Mike and sent him a copy of my contract. He was able to recover five times the amount of money that the dealership stole from me and I didn't have to pay anything out of pocket for his service.
