I would like to recommend Alex Isbell for his excellent work. I contacted Alex at the end of June. I had a complex case related to a 221g refusal and administrative processing in Washington DC. I have Russian citizenship and a technical education, my career included working for state-owned companies. This is, believe me, a complex case in terms of security checks. I would like to add that this was a diversity lottery case that was strictly limited in time until September 6, 2023. I contacted Alex by email, he answered all questions and filed a mandamus in D.C. civil court in July. But on my circumstances the mandamus was not enough because the response period for it was 60 days, so I ask Alex to do something to speed up the matter. It was spontaneous and fast from my side, but Alex listened me and suggested a non-trivial and excellent option - Motion for summary judgment - MSJ (usually other lawyers offer Temporary restraining order - TRO, it is not a fact that it would have worked in my case.) Alex filed the MSJ in early August and then on September 24, the US Embassy said that my background checks in Washington was completed! On August 31, my wife and I had our immigrant visas printed. And, as it turned out later, on September 6, the State Department issued an official announcement that the 55,000 visa limit had been exhausted for DV-2023. My wife and I jumped into the last carriage! We ran across a collapsing bridge. But we succeeded! I talked to other people who were undergoing checks, almost all did not receive their visas because the check was not completed or was completed too late. I can 100% say that I would not have received a visa without hiring Alex. The mandamus and Motion for Summary Justice were drawn up very competently, with experience and knowledge of the matter, our humanitarian circumstances for me and my wife were also added, it was perfectly written with references to precedents. The intensive work was made! Alex always listened to my requests, answered emails, everything was done right on time and produced results. This is very high quality work, a wonderful lawyer. I myself had some challenges that would make it difficult to receive naturalization. Chris told me one day, "I've gotten people naturalized in your position before." His confidence and expertise, along with the incredible staff at his law firm never gave up on me either. There's so much I haven't said. Personal moments, where I struggled so much! Just know that if you're going through anything similar, Paladino, Isbell & Casazza will never give up on you!!
