Don’t do business with this trash company, I have a case and they act like there to good to take the time and figure out what’s going on I reached out to them October and 3 months later still nothing then I wake up to a disrespectful email talking to me like I’m a child I know y’all just want the money and don’t care about the people but it’s ways of going about doing your job and obviously if you don’t wanna do your job go work somewhere else. Plain and simple no reason a law firm should treat people like that they not vanguard or no big company.

The behavior of the person who called me was extremely unprofessional. Instead of offering assistance, they spoke to me in an arrogant and commanding manner, as if I were guilty of something. It was so unacceptable that I had to cut the call short and tell them I didn’t like their attitude. I didn’t expect such an approach from a law firm that is supposed to help clients.

Horrible service they don't call you back when they say. They don't send confirming emails when you email. She literally got upset and raised her voice at me because I asked why I haven't heard from her for a month. They didn't even bother to read the paperwork I sent them that they asked for. If that's all they expect out of their associates then they are ambulance chasers nothing more. We actually have a great case so didn't make any sense. They need some management.

I used them and honestly if you're a person of color I would search around for someone who will be able to understand how it is to work in an environment where you're the minority. The micro aggressions you face daily as a woman of color console seems to miss the mark. Happy it's over but definitely regret using them
