My case was a tough one, and spanned 8 frustrating years. I began with an attorney based in New York (my home state) who was also licensed in the state of Pennsylvania where my injury occurred. After years with the other law firm and no results, I was pleased to find Soloff & Zervanos, and specifically Drew Von Bargen. I switched firms and Drew immediately got up to speed on my case and went to work. He was very patient with me, answered questions as best he could given the complicated nature of my case, and unlike my prior attorney, he made himself available. He initiated texting and made it okay for us to communicate that way. It allowed me to feel like I actually knew what was going on, and didn't have to go through assistants and paralegals just to speak to my lawyer. We recently wrapped up my case and I finally got the settlement that I waited many years for. I really appreciate Soloff & Zervanos, and Drew of course, for getting this over the finish line for me.
