On the recommendation of a friend, I engaged Kline Specter (specifically, Amy Guth) to represent me in a case involving a prominent physician at a well-regarded local hospital. I experienced some non-trivial consequences from a mistake made during a relatively common procedure. Amy was clear in what she needed from me at all points during the process; set conservative expectations; communicated with me at reasonable intervals; and brought the matter to a successful conclusion. I can't speak to other opinions offered here, but I found Amy and the firm's personnel to be professional, responsive, and competent.

Phone tag and then no communication. After two days of phone tag the person went on vacation and then stopped communicating at all. Edited to say that after posting this review they called me and were very helpful.

Our family experienced the worst loss of our lives and the law firm of Kline and Specter could not have made the process more easy, comforting and gave the feeling of authentically having someone on your side -authentically compassionate. We worked with many attorneys at the firm but that's because of the process. However, each one could not have been more professional, courteous and most importantly - down to earth. One would think that because K & S is such a huge law firm that you're going to get pompous, arrogant and pretentious lawyers, but at K & S it's the total opposite. They actually - you have to sit down for this one - they answer the phone or return your call within two days at the most. They discuss your case at a non-lawyers level. I have several graduate degrees but I'm not a lawyer, they know this and take this approach with every step of the process. The lawyers at the firm are not "jacks of all trades", each one is a master of one specific area of law. One may specialize in discovery, the other is a doctor, and the other may actually know what the inside of a court room looks like. If I was a defendant I would not want to get mail with a letter from Kline & Specter's. If you have a malpractice case you would be doing yourself and your family a disservice by not going to K & S. Yeah, there are other firms that can do the same but at K&S they have a seamless process with lawyers that treat and talk to you like two friends would talk to each other. And when they say they're going to do something they get it done at break-neck speed. I don't writer reviews for anything and for me to take out the time to do this is proof in itself that the service and and treatment my family received from Kline and Specter was well worth the phone call.

Highly recommend! I called a few other firms and they did not even want to take the time to listen. I then saw a commerical for Kline & Specter and decided to give them a try. The woman I spoke with was very professional and took the time needed to go over ALL of the details about my mishap. I even received a prompt call back with their decision. If you are looking for a firm that cares, Kline & Specter is the way to go.

Amazing lawyers! Donald Soloff and his assistant Jen Rispo are the absolutely the best! They treat you with great respect and high priority. I highly recommend them.

My Wife almost loss her life to medical malpractice. I called and spoke with a paralegal on the hotline told him our story and NEVER got the courtesy of call back. Very disappointed.
