DOES NOT DESERVE ANY STARS!!! This Law Firm is Very unprofessional. Shouldn’t a law firm who specializes in accident cases having to do with “Limited Tort” know in the beginning about what is usually expected. This office does not communicate with their clients. I had to call them to find out about what is going on with the case. After a year, then they say, “You don’t have a case because your insurance has Limited Tort. Wouldn’t a good Lawyer explain all that in the beginning? VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

I'm reading a few bad reviews about staff not getting back to their clients. I have never had a problem reaching anyone at the office. Joseph also took time out of his day to speak at length with me. He never answered any phone calls during his time with me. When I call the office, I am immediately put through to anyone I ask to speak with about my case. He never told me which doctors I should see, he left that up to me. Though my case hasn't settled yet, they do everything possible to answer questions and are always courteous. I would definitely recommend this law firm and dismiss the bad reviews.

When calling the office, Loredana’s professionalism and eagerness to help is evident in her actions. Loredana gets back to me in a timely fashion when the answers are not readily available. This attentions plays a huge roll in my continued loyalty and referral when need it!
