Brian and his team went above and beyond to help protect my nursing license. Whenever I had questions or concerns, he would always call me back in a prompt manner like within a day or so. He is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to dealing with the SBON and the judicial system. I was very nervous when it came to dealing with the SBON and having to go to court, but Brian helped alleviate a lot of my anxiety by taking the time to explain everything step by step of what to do. You can tell he and his team are very passionate about what they do. He is very honest and candid about the outcomes of the situation. If I ever were to get in trouble with the law or have my nursing license on the line again, I would reach out to him in a heartbeat. He and his team are very efficient and will always do everything in their power to help you.

I had practiced under some form of nursing license (LPN, RN, CRNP) for 10 years without incident until the BON found a court docket from 15 years ago. This docket/charge does not show on any background check, but the BON found it sufficient to suspend my license for one year. Mr. Quinn helped to ensure that this did not happen. I was able to practice uninterrupted while the matter was settled. I could not be more pleased with the outcome of this situation.

Mr. David Walker is not only an amazing attorney, he is an overall good human being. He makes it easy to talk to and understand the legal process in terms regular people can understand. Normally a phone call to a defense attorney is a not an easy call to make. Usually it comes with numerous questions, a lot of emotions but Mr. Walker was able to answer my questions and put my mind at ease early on. He always followed through and kept in touch. He doesn’t forget a name, even years later. He treats his clients like family. I highly recommend Mr. Walker as he not only helped but he delivered.

Unprofessional, Lack of follow up, total disregard for a client request. Roger Epstein, while seemingly a nice person, has displayed a continuous pattern of ignoring multiple request for information, has not addressed simple questions such as what is my bill, has displayed a total disregard for time sensitive matters. It was such a let down as he seemed so available when he was trying to get your business but once he signed you with a retainer, it was a completely different behavior that transpired. I would never recommend him as a lawyer. Best R

Very rude and unprofessional, they kept hanging up on me so I called the New York branch to see what was going on in Philly, they didn't know. They may respond by saying" we could not find you in the system" and that's true, when the intake department curses at you and hangs up on you over 10 times when I was injured and needed legal guidance. It was for the best. I got a better lawyer and a 2 million dollar settlement, Rothenberg is peanuts, avoid him like the Plague.

Brian was a huge help to me during a very difficult time after the loss of my son. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional and compassionate. Brian honestly laid out the facts and was candid about my case. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

I don't know why but I feel like I got shafted by him. Paid him a nice sized retainer and never hear back from him. When I do, he contradicts what he has told me in the past. His staff are rude and call me to tell me basically to stop bothering him with emails. Finding another attorney. He is rude and he doesn't fight the Boards, only works WITH them!
