More than pleased with Brian Quinn’s services. Thanks to his assistance I am a practicing RN. When I came to Brian I was being prosecuted and it didn’t look like I would ever have a license again. Brian thought, at best I might get a suspension but he was going to work diligently to get me better than that. Within less than a year he called me and told me he was able to work out a deal with the prosecutor because of all of my hard work and I walked away with probation, with a stipulation, of course; if I were to mess up while on probation my license would be suspended. I couldn’t believe it! And will always be grateful for what he did for me! Brian always called me back within 24 hours, most of the time within hours. He is affordable. His office staff is always friendly. I would recommend Brian Quinn to any professional with a license in jeopardy.

I am a LPN in PA. I hired Brian last year after the board of nursing accused me of being a impaired nurse after unrelated charges and a ten year old DUI conviction. To my surprise the prosecutor brought up a ten year old DUI and non drug charges I accused of in 2016. I was ordered a mental physical by the state and called Brian right away. Brian told me my rights at the mental physical. I passed all my drug testing and a year later the prosecutor finally sent a later of no further action. The process was very long on the state board of nursing side. Brian was straight up with me and told me it was unlikely charges would be brought up and I should have everything taken care of without issue. This is exactly what happened and I was extremely satisfied.

I used Mr. Quinn for a nursing license issue that I was facing and I must say I was really put at ease while working with him. I was very scared and he did everything he could to get me out and made sure that my license was still intact. He was very and I mean very knowledgeable about the nursing practice and law. He reviewed all the information with me and always kept me posted and checked on me from time to time. He never made me like me feel like I was incompetent and made me very comfortable talked me through everything that was to be excepted during this ordeal. I have also referred Mr. Quinn to other people and he helped them as well. The reason I am still a nurse is because of Mr. Quinn and I thank and appreciate everything he has done for me.
