Very nice work.

I worked with Brian on multiple different applications related to my EB2 NIW green card. He made the whole process super easy. He was always available to answer the question I had, and he helped tremendously with the fairly convoluted process of collecting recommendation letters and filling the application. Because of Brian’s knowledge of the ins and outs of the USCIS requirements I had no issues with any of the paperwork and I received my green card a few months ago. I cannot thank him enough. I highly recommend hiring Getson&Schatz for all your immigration needs!

If I could rate my experience a zero then I would they don’t even deserve a star I was unfortunately hit by an individual who ran a stop and a good childhood friend of mines whose mother was killed in a car crash recommended this law firm…she totally apologizes and every day since then because she said her case was smooth and nice I must have been at the peek of the office falling about I never get my so called attorney on the line and he never responds to my emails when I do get him on the phone all he do is lie to me as if I am in the opposing team instead of his client and not to mention doing the pandemic they stop all communication with me no info on what the plan was moving forward and then when I finally called I was told Joelle who was about the only one that was on top of stuff and would respond to me was no longer at the company and now that could explain why I was not getting any updates or progress on my case then not only that I had another case of someone hitting me from behind and before all of my first case started to fall apart I had given them my second case no type of appreciation or discount for bringing them more business then they tried to overcharge me for my second case when that wasn’t the price that I was told that I was going to be given and just recently I was given an email and a letter from my insurance company that they sent the law firm the second part of my lawsuit at the beginning of the month and I told them I was going to be out of town for a family emergency to have it mailed to my sisters house well that never happened so then I came back home and I emailed them to let them know that I was home and they could mail it to my regular address I still yet have heard anything not to mention I email my attorney this morning and I’ve asked to speak to the head of the law firm the person who signed my check and the person that’s working on my second case so that I can just completely be done with this it makes no sense I have more to write but I have to go right now I will update an edit this post later But what I will say is find another attorney

I strongly recommend the services of Brian Getson and his team. They were extremely careful and thoughtful throughout my process of moving from J-1 to permanent resident (green card). Since the beginning Brian guided me in the smallest details and helped me to get all the important items to form a good and strong process. He and his team put together an excellent process on my behalf, which was responsible for the approval of my I-140 in just 4 months and my I-485 just 1 month later! I am extremely satisfied and grateful for their service.
