If google had an option of giving 10 stars out of 5, I would definitely say that Brian Getson and his team would have got that from me. I got my EB1-B Green Card through them and I will share my experiences here. First, if you are looking for an attorney who is thorough, meticulous and patient, then you would not be disappointed. Unlike several reputed lawyers who are only available via emails, Brian is far more reachable via telephone as well as emails. Second, he really works with you. He will prepare a case that is unique to you. To elaborate further, his case preparation is objective and everything including his reference letters are based on objective facts, rather than meaningless superlatives and hyperboles. His approach is not a one size fits all, but based on solid facts which make your case worthy in the eyes of law. He will go through tedious technical details of your work (including the nitty-gritties), he will extract what is relevant for your case and will prepare cover letters and reference letters which cover crucial scientific achievements which are worthy in the eyes of the law. Third, you will find when you work with him that he does more than many of his peers in terms of the number of the letters that will make your case. His approach is prepare the best case possible, instead of worrying about which center your case goes to. His approach is also preventative, i.e. he will prepare a strong case in the very beginning instead of preparing an okay-ish template case in the first attempt and making it stronger later on, if there is an RFE. Based on my experiences, if you work with him, trust his strategy then all you have to do is steer along and give him exactly what he wants. You can definitely stop worrying about RFE or rejection due to a sub-optimal case preparation. His strategy is rock solid and my experiences with him were nothing short of excellent!

My experience with Mr. Brain was amazing. He did a great job in preparing our I485 application and it got approved with out any RFE. Brain took only 1 week to prepare and submit our I485. I485 submission to green card took only 5 months. I will be happy to work with them again.

During a very frightening time of shut-downs and pandemic restrictions, Mr. Penneys never once left me in the dark during the process. I was able to focus on my long and painful recovery, knowing that he was out there fighting hard for me and my case. I couldn't imagine going through this process without Jeff and his team behind me. He was there from the very beginning, to the final verdict. He kept me informed every step of the way -- and was able to get me an absolutely incredible pay out! I'm very happy with the service I received and only hope that this Review finds someone else in need.
