The Montgomery family helped me through my university's nightmarish appeals process. Joe Montgomery did everything a great lawyer should do: he maintained constant communication with me and with the university, researched how similar cases were handled, and prepared me for an appeals court through practice "mock trial" questions and scenarios and also by providing me with documentation and arguments that made my position infallible. The Montgomery family helped me cut through a university's bureaucracy and take control of my education!

He's an excellent attorney. I was referred to him by a friend of mine who went to college with him.
