First of all, I want to emphasize that I was not asked in any form or fashion for this review. This comes from deep appreciation for the work that Adam has done for me. From day one Adam demonstrated a true caring involvement in my case. He was always available and reachable during multiple emergency situations that came up, and I never felt like I was just another client. His professionalism is worth every penny and on many occasions it was proven to me that he really has his client’s best interests in mind, and not just there to make a quick buck. There were times when the outcome of certain legal actions would have been doubtful, and even though he could have easily made a few extra thousand dollars, he convinced me not to pursue it. Now that the main litigation has ended, and the dust settled, I consider myself lucky for meeting Adam when my custody battle started. It seems that Adam approaches the situation in good faith, assuming both sides want what is best for the kids, but when that is proven not to be the case he is perfectly capable of dialing it up a few notches. This was a hell of a year for me and the kids - a lot of crazy things thrown at us by the ex, and having Adam’s level-headed expertise made it much less painful than it could have been. I will definitely be retaining his services in the future.

I retained the services of Mr Horwitz on 4 separate occasions regarding issues of custody, child support, and divorce. I returned to him each time based on my prior experiences. Mr. Horwitz is extremely knowledgeable of the law and always offered me realistic expectations for each case. What stood out the most was his level of professionalism. Mr. Horwitz never judged the "other side" in my cases. He focused on the facts as they were and remained cool and level-headed at all times. It was evident that he did not see his role as that of bashing the opposing side but rather securing what was fair according to the law. Adam has provided me excellent custody advice, resulting in a new agreement, while avoiding the tribulations of court. He was knowledgeable, experienced, forthright with his advice, and was great in communicating with his client and the other party's attorney.

Adam prepared a prenup for me in December and did an absolutely amazing job! My now husband and I decided to elope and had only a month to get everything ready, including the prenup.
