We were in an accident Easter Day 2019. We contacted Jared on Easter and he immediately took care of all of our needs. I honestly didn’t think there was a case, but I was definitely proven wrong.. The next day we were in his office and he got right to work. That same day we were set up with therapy that was flexible with our work needs, and therapy also provided transportation via Uber if needed. Jared is beyond friendly but also doesn’t sugarcoat anything. His response time to any inquires is within mins and always available for any of your needs. We also had a very unexpected expense during the process of our claim and we were offered a loan against our claim which helped immensely and didn’t break the pocket. By the closing of our case, we were told the claim had settled and by the next day check was in hand. I hope to God I am never in an accident again but if it does happen, Jared will definitely be the first call I make.
