Gail Marcus has provided excellent legal counsel in state-specific estate laws, property taxes, inheritance, and the like. I initially called Gail to do a review of an LLC Operating Agreement for the purchase of Real Estate that had been drafted by my partner’s lawyers. I wanted to know if my interests were protected in the agreement and in the actual real estate deals we are doing together because we are putting a lot of money on the line.
