The process of becoming a US Permanent Resident and a future US Citizen can be very stressful. Our best friend recommended Brian Getson to my husband (US Citizen) and me. Great lawyer! He stays on top of things, doesn't mind questions or helping you with things outside of your case. For instance, I hired him for my daughter who was bitten by a dog but, he went to traffic court with me free of charge. One evening I was surprisingly removed from my house on a warrant and arrested for three parking tickets that I had no clue about at all! I was very grateful and satisfied with how he handled things for me. Both with the tickets and with my daughter's injury case. Jeffrey got her a large settlement for her pain and suffering alone and, of course, medical bills were covered too. He has a nice bedside manner. He makes you feel like your important and he always finds time for you. I approached attorney Brian Getson to help me file my application for permanent residency in Extra -Ordinary researchers' category (EB1). In my very first meeting with Brian, which was free of cost, (for first half hour), he impressed me very much by laying down all options and requirements for obtaining green card under this extremely scrutinized category. Subsequently we corresponded only through email for providing all required documents and then finally we got our I-140 approved within 10 days and with 2.5 month our GC. Brian has been swift and prompt in responding all of my naive to complicated questions (even now I do consult him about any of the immigration issues with him).
