This is the first time I’m posting an online review for anyone, and I’m doing it because I am so disappointed with Mr. Jared Zafran and his law firm over the way he and his office have handled my case. This gentleman was referred to me by my friend, but I'm honestly frustrated by the many attempts needed to even reach him over phone. It took many phone calls to get a single question answered. The first couple of times that I called were great; Mr. Zafran was responsive but soon after my intake, he stopped answering phone calls. To add insult to injury, his office manager Tina White was extremely unprofessional. She has been so difficult to get on the line, and when that finally happens, she is simply impolite and rude. This was regarding an accident case. The point of hiring a lawyer is to get advantages that you don't get by yourself. Yet, they didn’t want to make an appointment for my car to be looked at by the adjuster. They couldn't care less about my having to take public transportation to go back & forth even though my insurance company was willing to pay for a rental car. When I mentioned this to Ms. White, she asked me to do it myself. I really feel, why do I need them at all, for all their indifference and such total lack of support.

When searching for some answers on a website I came across a link for this office to send a text for some information. Almost immediately after I texted someone got back to me right away and answered all my questions plus took the time to look up my significant others information and what I could do to help him. They were very helpful and went above beyond to help me answer some questions I had. Thank You Very Much for your time!!

Ms. Snyder is a highly experienced trial attorney with the knowledge, skill, and most importantly - the drive to fight for her clients and win. I recently hired M.J. Snyder to represent a family member in a contentious law suit involving social media postings.This topic is currently a "hot button" topic nationwide and the possible outcomes ranged fom favorable to bleak. Marni Jo was comfortable embracing this difficult task, and did excellent research and advocated for our family member vigorously. Her arguments in court were strong and the court decision was in our favor with a result that was very acceptable and allowed our family to move forward with relief. She was very personable and a good communicator. Her fees were very reasonable. I would give her high marks for her dilligence and recommend her strongly.

I recently was about to work with Jared and his staff when the bottom of the contract states he will receive 35% commission an by signing this I have spoken and understood and agreed to these terms he basically just wanted me to sign without even telling me what the terms would be an since I did not sign an was waiting to get all my medical bills to then recall him since as he stated I have two years to file this and I knew I’d need all my records when I went to call him again to start the paperwork he made his secretary call me not even himself call he only called when he thought I had signed my life over to him an stated he didn’t want to take the case since I didn’t sign the contract from the beginning .Such a waste of time he is unprofessional . So glad I didn’t believe anything that his ad stated and went with my gut on not signing those documents right away! How do you accept a case and all about it an since I didn’t fall for you agreement since you wanted to shade things out for clarity now you dismiss me lol But your office kept calling me to reach out to you to get these documents signed . So funny glad I didn’t make you anymore money you don’t deserve ! Now he is making his family and co workers write reviews for him notice he only had one review before me an my husbands now he has two new ones of 5 stars out of no where to bring his ratings back up ! Be ware he is a scam so is everyone who works for him !
