How can i explain he got me out from jail and he got me out the next day without his help I would not see my 3 month daughter rn and it’s 2022 I would still be in jail if it was not for him thank you so much.

I never recommend this lawyer always money a head and did not even make a progress.

Didn’t advise about a lead certification that was needed way back when he was hired to represent my daughter. Which has caused this case to drag on almost a year. This would have been resolved by now if he had given proper legal advice way back when he was hire and we wouldn’t be still dealing with squatters in our property. Chris also failed to give proper and timely notice of the decision in our matter which caused us to miss the appeal deadline. Do not use this person if you want good legal representation, period!

I hired Chris to handle a simple immigration matter. He never got back to me and totally missed a deadline in which to respond. When confronted with this fact after I asked for a refund, he stated that the firm had a no refund over 30 days policy. That was months ago. He is holding onto my money.

I got into a bit of legal trouble with my ex wife and she charged me with assault and endangering a child. Accusations were bogus and Mr. Bagnato proved to the jury and judge I was innocent. Now I have full custody of my kids thanks to this man. Great lawyer will work very hard for you! Highly recommend!!

When my marriage fell apart I expected the worst. I own a small business that I started as a teenager and have ran for over 25 years and have done very well for myself financially. Unfortunately I have not always been the best with women and against my better judgement I married a younger woman that I knew was more interested in my lifestyle than in me. Well when it ended she and her lawyer told me that would take everything. Shut down my business and take half my assets. I was devastated. My business has been my passion and not being able to bear children it is my legacy. Well to my amazement Chris was able to somehow turn my ex-wife and her money hungry lawyer into REASONABLE people and he reached an actual fair settlement that allowed me to keep ownership of my business. Chris has been a godsend and I will be forever grateful of his services. Always returned my calls. Always straight with me. Fantastic lawyer.

Chris was thorough in explaining the process and options available to me. I was anxious about hiring an out of state attorney, I live in MA, and I would need to rely on him and trust him completely. He was available as needed. When I went to the office I was introduced to all the staff and so when I called from MA I knew who I was talking to. I felt like I was always a priority. The case took a year from open to close which considering the other party filed certain setbacks, they all worked to get me through it. His paralegal Theresa is an amazing asset as well. She followed through each step necessary after the court dates, gave me updates and put me at ease.
