I worked with Jonathan Grode on my E3 Visa and it was one of the best experiences I've had, especially during Covid-19 when there has been so much uncertainty around consulates and visa issues. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for visa and immigration advice.

There are no words to describe the level of compassion and empathy that Jonathan shows in his dealings. He has been a calming voice of knowledge and reason in these somewhat hectic times. His knowledge on E3 visas and US immigration law generally and is amazing. He was always happy to offer further assistance. Jonathan and his team handled years of immigration matters for me, from renewing a TN Visa, to getting and renewing an H1B, and finally green cards for my husband and I (I'm Canadian and he is French). Jonathan Grode went above and beyond helping me obtain my green card during a very long, drawn out, and complicated process. He helped fix an unexpected hurdle in my case after sudden policy changes were happening from the Trump administration. At one point, I was called in for an interview with USCIS in Portland, OR and Jonathan flew all the way out to attend the interview with me to ensure it went smoothly. This was a HUGE relief for me to have him with me in person during the interview. I had a different immigration lawyer before being referred to Jonathan and Green and Spiegel and I am so glad I ended up with them. Thank you!!
