Good source for straight forward information

We found ourselves in a last minute situation with our undergraduate son regarding a claim by another student. As I browsed the web I found Mr. Lento's site. After a review with my wife we decided that this was the firm we were looking for. After he and I had a short conversation, he set up a review call with myself and my son. Shortly thereafter they pledged to put together a plan to postpone the hearing, have their representation allowed during the hearing and mitigate the board's original decision. They did just that.
