Joseph was very attentive from day one. I contacted several Title IX attorneys, many of whom never responded to me or responded to me weeks (and some even months!) after I initially contacted them. Joseph always made himself available and gave me thoughtful advice regarding false allegations I was facing as an alumnus of a university. I would highly recommend Joseph to any student, alumnus, or faculty member who was also falsely accused.

My son was dealing with criminal charges on top of a DUI. We found Joe Lento on the web, and he responded very quickly - on Easter Sunday! Because the cases were intertwined, the court appearances were complicated with two judges, two DAs and multiple court dates. Joe navigated the complexities of the cases and dealt with a senior DA (who wanted extended jail time) and a number of different court offices to ultimately have my son released to a treatment facility. Treatment is what he really needed, and we all believe it was the best possible outcome. I am glad to write this stellar review for Joseph (Joe) Lento as his performance during my recent ordeal was exactly what we needed. The back story is not as important as the outcome-a success by most any measure. First, I was so well prepared for the Title IX investigative interview, with all of the questions asked by HR already having been presented by Joe as possible questions. Also, his calm and assertive manner helped me stay centered and non-defensive during the process of investigation, in reviewing correspondence, and during the absurdly drawn out wait period. This was a harrowing experience, but my husband and I are keenly aware how much having Joseph Lento as representation facilitated this treacherous and unpleasant chapter.
