I hired Mr. Penneys last year for a car accident case that was turned-down by 2 other attorneys. Mr. Penneys agreed to pursue the case, even though it was a very difficult one. He filed suit right away, and tracked - down a witness that never identified himself to the police. Mr. Penneys actually went to the neighborhood where the accident occured, and knocked on doors asking if anyone saw the accident. Miraculously, he located someone, and that person was the kew to the case. The insurance company's lawyer took this witness' deposition, and the case settled the next day. I cannot thank Mr. Penneys enough!

I have had the privledge of meeting Attorney Jeffrey Penneys quite a few years ago when my friend used him in an auto accident. Jeff Penneys is one of the most knowlegeable and personable attorneys I have retained. I hired him to handle a dog bite case and also to assist with obtaining a power of attorney for my mom who has dementia. In both cases I was completely satisfied with his work as well as the people who work with him. Among the qualities I find impressive about Jeff is his abilitiy to communicate with his clients with respect and deference. In the past I have encountered lawyers whose ego far out weighs their abilities or concern for their clients. Jeff is a regular guy whose job it is to represent his clients to the best of his ability, keep them informed about their case, and always be there to answer questions and make them feel comfortable about the legal process, all of which he does extremely well. After being turned-down by 3 different attorneys, none of whom were interested in going to bat for me, I finally decided to give it one last shot and found Jeff. Although he understood and explained to me that mine was a very difficult to impossible claim to get resolved, he agreed to give it a shot. for 3 years, he worked tirelessly on my case. He filed a lawsuit, took depositions of everyone he could, survived a motion for summary judgment (the other side was trying to get my case dismissed), and ultimately resolved the case for an amount of money we both couldn't believe. Unlike the typical lawyer he pays attention to you. He remembers the smallest details of your situation. When meeting with him you have his undivided attention. Your case is as important to him as it is to you. He brings enthusiasm and energy to his representation of your legal position. And he likes to win. He can play any legal hand he is dealt with intelligence but, when you need more, he can call the bluff with no equal. He pulled a rabbit out of the hat for me!
